Agile Lab is a leading Italian tech company specializing in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning solutions. Founded in 2014, it provides consulting and software development services to help businesses harness data, streamline processes, and drive rapid innovation through advanced technologies and agile methodologies.
Problems
Using Atomic design
Starting from the simplest elements like buttons (atoms) to more complex components, multiple versions of each element were developed and tested through internal A/B testing with the IT team using the Scrum framework.

New way of customization
Adocable is one of the latest features introduced, based on the user journey map developed with the IT team. This feature empowers users to dynamically manage the editor, allowing for an intuitive experience with drag-and-drop functionality and interactive Call to Action buttons for expanding or collapsing elements.
Design Scalability
Building on the existing design, we revamped tables, charts, and dashboards to seamlessly integrate new features with the existing ones. The focus was on managing white space and optimizing visualization types to represent complex data in a clear and intuitive way.
Data Driven Design
To identify potential user issues and sensitive touchpoints, the solution was integrated into specific prototypes, which were then tested by groups with diverse skill sets. This approach helped highlight improvements for users of different expertise levels, from beginners to advanced, ensuring an accessible and optimized interface for everyone.
Work Management and final result
An iterative approach and continuous communication with the Agile Labs international team helped define the most effective user experience to ensure the product’s deployment within the set timeline.
